The hotel does not clean the room. First of all the cleaning person comes every other day instead of everyday. Then it will be for replacing towels and bed sheet. No vaccuming or other cleaning. When we asked for vaccuming , the hotel front desk asked us 10 dollar for that. seriously? I never saw any hotel charging money for cleaning the room. Also it has only one bed. Not good for 4 people. Who will sleep on sofa bed which is in horrible condition. I will never stay again in this hotel and won't recommend either. Also have to go to front desk to collect the utensils. They don't deliver in the room.

The hotel is midway between the Disney parks and Universal. Shuttles to both, although only 2 trips a day. Hotel is okay, we were there over Christmas weekend. Checked in, nothing in the Kitchen, asked about standard kit, and told it would be brought up, as well as extra pillows (since we were using the hide-a-bed). Two days later still asking, finally got them to give us the stuff at the front desk. Because so many people live there hallways smell like food, all the time. Hide a Bed, is very small and very uncomfortable, not really even suitable for a kid, but for sure not an adult. Free parking, so makes a good place for Orlando if you want to visit both companies parks. Also nearly next to Sea World. So location is great.
I booked this hotel via Expedia with air. The air was comfortable trip, but this hotel was overbooked. My contraction was canceled by this hotel obviously one sided (not Expedia side), and they couldn't ready another room. That means I was wondering tourist. But Expedia Japan staff has done good work for me. They found new hotel and negotiated some cost problem. Anyway, this one-sided cancellation without their plan-B is not acceptable for me.

We booked through Hotwire and when looked at reviews on here was excited that we got a good hotel. However upon arrival I had a bad feeling and I was right. First there are two buildings in front of each other we were in the front that faces the road. My boyfriend and I received the handicapped room on the first floor which is across from the trash room lovely. Also the front lobby looks old and sad. The room upon first glance appeared okay. The bed was not that comfy and the pillows need to be replaced. The entire front of the air conditioner unit fell off when we turned it on, the hair dryer plate that's mounted into the wall in the bathroom fell completely off and the worst part is the handicapped shower, as there is a separate drain near the middle of the floor to catch the excess water, but the floor doesn't slope towards it so after getting out of the shower there was an inch of water on the floor that had to be stepped in to brush teeth an such. We were just there to sleep to go to HHN as if we were there for any other reason I would have requested to change rooms. This room defiantly needs an upgrade/renovation. I honestly feel that most of the reviews on here are for the other building behind ours.
